Exactly one year ago today I put my foot in the water and tested the wild world of blogs. I gave myself\u00a0permission to post entries once-a-weekish. My goal was to inspire you (my readers) to create the life you\u00a0love\u00a0as I shared information on how to feel well even in troubled times.<\/p>\n
Statistically I’ve written 29 posts in 8 different categories.\u00a0This year\u00a0my blog\u00a0had\u00a01,027\u00a0views and readers are now subscribing to it.\u00a0With this blog\u00a0I’ve established a venue in which I am accountable to show up, write and publish. That feels good.<\/p>\n
My definitions\u00a0of creativity and wellness, that I originally penned in 1990 hold true today:<\/p>\n
*\u00a0To be creative is to handle life’s challenges\u00a0from an enlightened perspective. Creativity\u00a0honors the unknown, it delights\u00a0in and ignites spontaneous joy.<\/p>\n
* Wellness is the experience\u00a0of\u00a0balanced, free-flowing energy on many\u00a0levels\u00a0— mind, body, emotions, spirit. To feel well is to accept the whole of who you are.<\/p>\n
